I like the location of the hotel, basically in the middle of the city. The room was very clean, the staff was amazing. The room is not that big, but I didn't go to Venice to stay inside of a room. Overall I enjoyed staying at San Moise Hotel.

The hotel is very close to Piazza San Marco, and the rooms are typical Veneziana. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was large and mostly quiet, overlooking an internal courtyard.

Venice is beautiful. Staff was ok overall. Otherwise checking ourselves in a luggage storage facility would have probably been more comfortable and at least 10 times cheaper.

Great location, excellent front desk service, and staff were very helpful and polite. We were able to get a water taxi to the hotel and also from right outside the Hotel on the day of our departure. Good buffet breakfast in a lower level of the Hotel allowing one to look out at the Gondolas as they row past a panoramic window. Very pleasant decor, plenty of Murano glass on show and the courtyard was very nice, I can imagine it would be great during the hot summer. Location was excellent, Piazza San Marco is about 4 minutes away on foot, and the hotel is just at the end of the main high-end shopping street.

5 minutes walk from San Marco pier (15 eur per person water bus from VCE airport), great room, tasty breakfast, fast WiFi. Reasonable price.

The location, the staff were friendly but particularly the main man who works on reception was super friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The room had comfortable beds and standard amenities. The view was really amazing from the canal

The location was superb with access to local shops, restaurants and main points of attraction. In addition, local transport was easily accessible. The hotel and the rooms were spacious, breakfast was absolutely adequate. The staff were excellent.

Great location, 3 minute walk to St.Marks square. The rooms and main entrance are located on the street behind the main Street so noise from tourists is almost nil. Although not elaborate, decent breakfast which you won't get bored of for 2-3 days at the max. Staff is courteous and friendly.
